Mr Koushik Sekhar – As Chairman, Koushik leads Satvayur’s board and provides the interface between the operational team and the board of directors. Koushik is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)  Madras and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. He has over 24 years of experience in corporate management and finance with reputed groups like Tatas and Lafarge and also as an entrepreneur. Apart from Satvayur operations, Koushik serves on the boards of several other companies and is a trustee on the board of Development Support Team, Pune.

Ms. Geeta Prakash – As Director, Geeta is involved in all critical decision-making for the company, and works primarily on Strategy, Marketing and Human Resources. An alumna of College of Engineering, Pune and IIM Ahmedabad, Geeta has over 25 years of experience with reputed groups like Thermax and Tatas, as part of the Tata Administrative Service (TAS). Geeta was awarded the Fulbright Fellowship in 2002, which she undertook at the Tepper School of Management, Carnegie Mellon University. Geeta is on the Advisory Board of some social sector organisations and is a part of the Corporate Advisory Group of the IIM Udaipur.
